大阪都市文化研究会（都文研）は、大阪と京阪神各地のまち探索を主に活動しているグループです。設立から２５年以上になりますが、どの組織にも属さない独立の団体で、現在約４０名程の会員を擁しています。建物を巡りつつ建築マニアではなく、歴史を探りつつ歴史サークルでもなく、幅広い角度から見慣れた都市の隠れた相貌を追います。学術・ウンチクに偏らず、気安い雰囲気のなかで会員各自が自分の関心を保ちながら互いに啓発しあえる団体でありたいと考えています。

Tobunken(大阪都市文化研究会) is an independent private group which explores cities and towns around Osaka, Kyoto and Hanshinkan. It's more than 25years since we found.We are neither architecture maniacs, nor history maniacs. We focus on hidden and forgotten images of cities and towns, with no serious academic concern. We maintain our group as a base where people can enjoy discussing and exchanging opinion in casual atmosphere.  At present, Tobunken holds about 40 members and always welcome everyone to join our activities.
